OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Center Director to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our child care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for children. This role requires effective leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community, and a genuine love for working with young learners.

EXPERIENCE

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
  • Higher education teaching experience is highly valued.
  • Proven experience in education administration or management within a child care setting.
  • University experience is an asset that will enhance program development.
  • Demonstrated teaching experience with young children is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the center, including enrollment processes, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents through regular communication about their child’s progress and center activities.
  • Organize staff meetings, training sessions, and community events to promote engagement and collaboration.
