Are you a passionate leader with a love for early childhood education? We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Childcare Center Director to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our vibrant childcare program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in childcare/early education, including at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of state childcare licensing requirements and best practices in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including:
  • Childcare management software (e.g., Procare or similar)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Email and digital communication platforms
  • Basic record-keeping, data entry, and reporting
