We are looking for a Food Safety Supervisor (Children’s Cook ) to cater for our 118 place centre. You will be responsible for the preparation of a diverse range of healthy, nutritious and economical meals and snacks for children aged from birth to school age within dedicated budget; and comply with the Food Safety Plan and complete all associated records accurately.
You must have a minimum of three years’ experience of cooking for large numbers of people and have previously worked within a childcare centre or school environment.
Our Chef is the heart of our centre, and is very interactive with cooking experiences, gardening and supporting the education of the children in our care. It’s important to us that you must must have a passion for working with children and enjoy teaching skills to support children to investigate paddock to plate.
