Kepler Academy is looking for a Child Care Cook at our Sherwood Park location.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO WORK AT KEPLER ACADEMY:

• Minimum of 1-year commercial cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Food Safety Certificate from GOA approved vendor
• Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check

• Prepare meals and snacks on the menu from start to finish
• Following the set nutritional menu to ensure items are prepared to meet the nutrition guidelines
• Meeting allergy and dietary requirements and accommodation
• Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Order groceries and supplies
• Maintaining a clean kitchen and understand current disinfecting practices
• Know and practice proper hand-washing procedures
• Follow all safety protocols
