Program Description: SNAP® (Stop Now And Plan) is an evidence-based, internationally accredited program, designed to engage children and their caregivers through therapeutic groups teaching emotion regulation and coping strategies. The program is offered for families with children ages 6-11 exhibiting externalizing behaviors. Position Title and Overview: SNAP® Childcare Coordinator (part-time) Facilitate small groups of various aged children by leading in play, overseeing arts & crafts, assisting with homework and using a strengths-based approach to address behavior. Provide and coordinate transportation of children and families to and from groups, field trips, and other interventions. Develop positive relationships with children and families that reflect the core values of Auberle and the SNAP® program. Provide a positive role model to children and families. Qualifications Position Requirements: Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required. Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance. Flexibility to work evenings.
