POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of Operations to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of two early childhood education centers located in Columbus. This leadership role is critical in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality educational programs and the efficient operation of both facilities.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in operations management-preferably within the early education sector-and will demonstrate strong strategic, financial, and leadership capabilities. This role is instrumental in advancing the centers’ mission of fostering growth, integrity, and developmental excellence in every child.

• Provide strategic oversight of daily operations across both locations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Develop and implement operational plans that support educational and business objectives.
• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and program quality.
• Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate partnerships that align with program goals and resource needs.
• Manage budgeting and financial planning processes to ensure sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and support center staff, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate major projects, including facility upgrades, program expansions, and system implementations.
