Rouse Hill Anglican College (RHAC) is a growing and highly regarded independent co-educational Christian school with over 1,600 students from Pre-K to Year 12. Teaching and Learning

Construct teaching programs, based on applicable NESA syllabi, that will enable you to:

•       Orchestrate engaging lessons that maximise learning for all students in the class.
•       Effectively teach students with identified needs.
•       Provide meaningful feedback on the academic work students produce in a way that will help them to improve.
•       Achieve strong academic results.
•       Conduct practical learning experiences using various technologies. 

Other Responsibilities

Involvement in College activities and events including:

•       Contributing to the student wellbeing program, extra-curricular activities and camps.
•       Attending chapel, assemblies and other College activities.
•       Undertaking rostered playground or supervision duties.
•       Attending College events, including parent teacher meetings.

The Contract

All teachers at RHAC are employed under the Independent Schools (Teachers) Cooperative  Multi Enterprise Agreement 2025 (MEA). The MEA outlines teacher’s salaries and their employment rights and responsibilities.
