Applications are invited from qualified primary school teachers with experience and/or qualifications supporting students with additional needs, who are interested in working in a Christian school committed to explicit instruction and high expectations of student effort and behaviour. Christians who are actively involved in a church are particularly encouraged to apply. The College welcomes applications for teachers looking for 3, 4 or 5 days of work. The work duties will be adjusted depending on how many days the successful applicant is employed to work.

Teaching and Learning

With the guidance and support of an executive team member:

•       Provide small group, one on one and classroom support for Junior School students with identified learning needs.
•       Work with teaching staff to:
  •   complete NCCD evidence and data collection
  •   write individual learning plans for identified students
  •   meet the needs of students who receive NAPLAN disability provisions
•       Work with parents and external professionals to support student learning
