Our purpose built Grow Early Education Kelso is seeking Certificate III and Diploma Educators to join our growing team of educators in a casual capacity!

Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assisting a classroom by engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of the children. The ideal candidate would be available to work 3-5 shifts per week, any hours.

About your new role

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
• Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
• Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

About you

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA
• Experience in an early childhood setting (preferred)
• Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
• Current Working with Children Check 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent understanding of the VEYLDF and NQF
