About You

• Passionate about early childhood education and child development
• Confident, collaborative, and committed to delivering quality programs
• Experienced in implementing the National Quality Framework in early childhood settings
• For Room Leaders and Teachers: Leadership skills to mentor, guide, and inspire teams

Essential Criteria

• Educators: Certificate III or Diploma (or WT) qualification in Early Childhood Education
• Room Leaders: Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and a minimum 1 year experience in a Room Lead role
• Early Childhood Teachers: Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) with NESA registration. WT will be considered depending on experience.
• Experience in an early childhood education role
• Strong knowledge of National Regulations, Law, and the NQF
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Food Hygiene, and Child Protection training
• Full-time work rights in Australia
