REQUIREMENTS:

Min. Level 7 or higher in Early Childcare Education and Care or equivalent.
Level 5/6 may also be considered depending on management/supervisory experience.
Relevant Management Experience
Ability to implement change in an orderly and determined manner.
Excellent Organisational skills

Regularly reviewing policies and procedures
Preparing monthly reports for the Board of Directors
Engaging with stakeholders including the voluntary Board of Directors
Ensure efficient day-to-day running and management of a day service
Ability to implement change in an orderly, determined manner.
Leadership and Management experience with a strong emphasis on staff development.
Allocating resources (staff and equipment) effectively.
Overseeing the provision of high-quality care
Show visible commitment to the purpose, mission and vision of the organisation
Take initiative and be open to taking on new challenges and responsibilities
