Kindercare Childcare is currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Childcare
Office Administrator to join our team in a busy childcare setting.
This is a key role that supports the smooth running of our service and ensures compliance with all administrative and regulatory requirements..

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Prepare Parent’s invoices for distribution to parents in a timely manner.
  • Debit invoices using the Eazyeft Software
  • Monitor and account for receipt of fees from parents
  • Support the effective functioning of the front office
  • General office administration including filing, data entry, and maintaining records
  • Managing communications via phone, email, and in person
  • Supporting the Manager with funding applications and compliance reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
  • Discretion and attention to detail are essential
