THE ROLE:
This dual-role is ideal for a confident and organised professional who is equally passionate about operational excellence and staff development. You will lead the day-to-day management of our childcare operations while also playing a key role in onboarding, training, and developing our team. You will work closely with the HR Coordinator and Quality & Assurance Manager to ensure our workforce is equipped, confident, and compliant, contributing to a positive culture and high standards across all sites. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for working with children, a commitment to creating safe and nurturing environments, and the operational and people development expertise to drive forward the continued success of Camp Glide.
