The Tree House Children’s Centre is hiring an individual to work with school-aged children in our Out of School Care Program. Duties will include supervising, forming relationships with and implementing activities for a group of school aged children.
We are looking for a hard-working, reliable team member who has a passion for working with children. The candidate should be friendly, caring, and patient.
The Out of School Care Teacher position will start September 2nd, 2025, however observational shifts beforehand are available. In September the hours will be Monday-Friday 7:00-8:30 and 1:45-5:00 (shifts may vary depending on the right candidate as well as the centre’s current needs).
Additional hours on pro-d-days, spring break, and summer break.
Qualifications for this position include:
*Experience with school aged children is an asset
*Current First Aid certificate is an asset
Requirements for this position include:
*Successful Criminal Record Check
*Responsible Adult Certificate
