Description:

The Nido collection of early schools for children was launched in 2014 to provide families with a new standard of childcare services, focusing on early childhood experiences and education. The word ‘Nido’ is Italian for ‘nest’ (pronounced neeh-doh) and was inspired by the Italian principles of the ‘Reggio Emilia Approach’, which is the world-class educational philosophy upon which our schools are founded.
We are now seeking an experienced Childcare Administration Assistant to assist with opening our new service at Airport West. This is an integral role whereby you will be the first face our families and children see as they walk through the door. This role would suit someone who has knowledge and experience working with QikKids and has experience in childcare.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Answering the phone and attending to parent queries
  • Entering new parent enrolments
  • Managing the waitlist
  • Account management regarding Direct Debit and fee payments
  • Booking in families for service tours
  • Filing of documentation
  • Provide support to Executive Service Manager as required

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE IN THE CHILDCARE INDUSTRY. EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF CHILDCARE SOFTWARE, PRACTICES AND PROCESSES IS REQUIRED.
