Job details Location: Parkview Preschool in Collingswood, NJ Schedule: Split Shift Morning Program hours vary between 7:00 - 9:00 am Afternoon Program hours vary between 2:45 - 5:45 pm Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Payday: Every other Friday Job type: Part time Commitment: School year 2026 to 2027 What your afternoons will look like Being part of a fun, welcoming before and after-school space for kids Helping kids build friendships through games and activities Being a positive influence on the children’s afternoon Requirements Benefits Direct deposit available On demand pay available for unexpected expenses Paid sick time earned over time Vision, dental, and telehealth coverage options 401(k) retirement savings plan available Requirements Enjoys working with school age children Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred. Knowledge of New Jersey State Child Care licensing regulations preferred; ability to quickly learn and apply requirements. Five (5) years of professional experience working with children ages 5–12. Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in a childcare, education, or youth-serving organization. Understanding of staffing models, payroll management, and operational expenses. Must meet all NJ DCF health requirements and be able to perform essential job functions.
