JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent qualification such as ACEY / ACECCE.
• At least 1 year of relevant teaching experience; candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a Senior Teacher position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and deliver class programmes in line with the organisation’s policies, guidelines, and curriculum frameworks.
• Develop and prepare age-appropriate teaching materials and learning aids to support classroom activities.
• Track and document each child’s developmental progress, identifying and addressing their unique learning needs.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and share updates with parents through scheduled parent-teacher conferences.
• Foster a positive, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that encourages growth and development.
