We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at KinderCare Learning Centers in the United States. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission of fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children, helping them develop essential skills for their future.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience working in preschool or early childhood settings.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs.
• First aid certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of special education practices is beneficial.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
