JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curricula that promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children in our care.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings.
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in curriculum development.
  • Experience with behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques.
  • Familiarity with various methods & educational philosophies is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
