OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and educating children, ensuring their safety and well-being in a supportive environment. This role involves working with children of various ages, providing care, engaging in educational activities, and fostering a positive atmosphere that promotes learning and development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus.
• Ability to educate and engage children through creative play and structured activities.
• Strong caregiving skills with an emphasis on patience, empathy, and understanding.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Must be able to work effectively with children of varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with both children and parents.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all children.

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Provide care for children, including feeding, diapering, and assisting with personal hygiene.

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive childcare program.
• Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
