Heritage Family Services is seeking an experienced Team Lead Worker for a dynamic program in Red Deer, AB. Shifts rotate between 4 on/2 off (8-hour shifts) and 3 on/3 off (12-hour shifts).

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of a two-year diploma in Human Services and three years of experience working with children/youth
• Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Check, Child Intervention Check, valid Class 5 Driver’s License, and Driver’s Abstract with fewer than 6 demerits
• Proficient in therapeutic care and the TCI model with an understanding of child development, trauma, and grief
• Knowledge of Indigenous traditions and culturally appropriate care
• Respect for diverse communities, identities, and backgrounds
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work with individuals from socially marginalized groups
  Mandatory Requirements:
