Your Role in the Community Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Baptistcare's children and family services programs delivered from the Sunshine site. Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading, supervising, and developing a multidisciplinary team of practitioners and support staff * Ensuring program delivery aligns with contractual obligations, Child Safe Standards, and relevant legislation * Building and maintaining relationships with DFFH, schools, Aboriginal community-controlled organisations, and other local service partners * Driving continuous improvement across case practice, quality frameworks, and reporting processes What You Bring * Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services discipline * Demonstrated experience managing child and family services programs within the Victorian community services sector * Sound working knowledge of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 and Child Safe Standards * Proven ability to lead and coach practitioners through complex, high-risk casework * Experience engaging with culturally and linguistically diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families * Current Victorian driver licence, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or willingness to obtain)   How to Apply Click 'Apply Now' to submit your application.  Only short-listed applicants will be contacted. * Applicants must have the right to work in Australia. * The successful applicant will be required to undergo a National Criminal History check. * A medical assessment will be conducted to see if you are physically capable for the role If you require support with the application process, please contact georgie.venizelos@baptistcare.org.au [georgie.venizelos@baptistcare.org.au] BaptistCare – Inspired by Jesus to champion care for all.
