FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE IS REQUIRED

We are looking for a resilient, nurturing children’s support worker to become part of our unique home, caring for young people who have complex medical needs, Learning disabilities and Autism and are wheelchair users. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and to inspire them to grow and develop.
We want to create a safe haven where every child’s potential shines bright, you’ll be the beacon of hope, providing unwavering support to our young champions.
The role can be emotionally and physically challenging and you could be handling difficult situations BUT you could be the person to change a child’s life for the better.
