SEND PARTICIPATION OFFICERS | 8515 | 1 X PERMANENT CONTRACT, 1 X 10-MONTH TEMPORARY CONTRACT TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE (SECONDMENT OPPORTUNITY) | 37 HOURS PER WEEK | £30,559 TO £32,654 PER ANNUM | GRADE G | NORFOLK - HYBRID WORKING

We are seeking two passionate and dedicated SEND Participation Officers to join our team and champion the voices of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
In this role, you will work closely with children, young people, young adults and families as well as educational settings and community groups to ensure that the views and experiences of young people with SEND are heard, valued, and acted upon.
Both positions involve work across Norfolk. The location of the posts will be agreed with the successful applicants.
A flexible approach to your working week is needed as occasional evening and weekend work will be required. We have a hybrid approach with a combination of community-based delivery, office based (across Norfolk) and home working to be agreed with your line manager.
