ABOUT US
The Salvation Army is a Christian movement and one of Australia’s largest and most-loved charities. We believe in doing good that transforms lives and futures for the better. It is this belief which drives us to find new ways and places where we can make a difference. From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here — providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.
Why This Role Matters
Every child and young person deserves to feel safe, valued, and heard. For children impacted by family violence, the road to healing starts with someone who believes in them — someone like you. In this vital role, you’ll walk alongside children, young people and their families, offering compassionate support and practical tools to help them rebuild trust, connection, and hope.
About the Role
We are looking for a Children and Youth Case Manager to join our dedicated team in Karratha. Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll provide specialist support to children and young people who have experienced family violence — helping them feel safe and supported as they navigate their journey forward.
This role requires flexibility to be on-call and to work outside of standard hours (mornings and afternoons), as needed.
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award, level 5.
