Every shift makes an impact. 🌟 Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for individuals who bring heart, strength, and commitment: ✔ Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary) ✔ A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle ✔ Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience ✔ Flexibility to work varied shifts (including weekends, sleep-ins, and waking nights) ✔ An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent) is desirable — but not essential.
