THE ROLE:

As a Residential Support Worker, you will support young people aged up to 18 years with emotional and behavioural difficulties. You’ll work within small teams in single or dual occupancy homes, typically providing care on a 2:1 basis.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Building positive, trusting relationships with young people
• Supporting emotional, behavioural, and social development
• Assisting young people to achieve personal goals and build life skills
• Providing consistency and stability through structured care
• Completing accurate records and reports
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, maintaining effective communication with external professionals
