Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 - $25.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Children's Activity Attendant - Wellness Center Location: Arlington Heights, IL Part time, 12 hours/week Hours: Weekdays 3:30pm-6:30pm & Saturdays 8:00am - 12:00pm Required Travel: No What you will do: Positive, outgoing, imaginative individual to perform Kids Club Associate responsibilities. Supervise play time with children ages 6 months – 12 years, ensuring safety of all participants. Help plan and conduct activities for kids. Assist Childcare Supervisor with tasks and projects related to Kids Club. Light physical activity is required due to picking up children and playing outside in our fenced-in playground. Experience with child care preferred. What you will need: The level of knowledge normally obtained through the completion of a High School diploma. CPR/AED Certification through the American Heart Association or within 90 days of hire. The interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with children 6 months to 13 years of age, families and other hospital staff members.
