Description Licensed Children's & Adolescents Therapist in Gilbert, AZ Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Provider that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services throughout Arizona. We are currently hiring dynamic Licensed Therapists who specialize in Child & Adolescent therapy to meet the high demand of our behavioral health services at our Gilbert, AZ location. Primary responsibilities for Licensed Therapist include maintaining confidentiality of records aligning with HIPAA requirements, assessing for risk of harm to self and others, complete initial and ongoing assessments of client's assigned to your panel, provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling, maintain client-related paperwork (diagnosis bill, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms), evaluation of physical and/or mental conditions based on review of information through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of the client, refer members to community resources and internal services as necessary and engage in population health and evidence-based driven measures to enhance outcomes of the client and align with Entune Behavioral Health's values. If the clinician is Independently Licensed, they will conduct reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and other BHP requirements of associate level staff. Additional responsibilities as appropriate. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Specializing in Children's & Adolescents Therapy Specializing in Play Therapy techniques Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field Active License in the state of Arizona (required) Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications (required) Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (required) Independently Licensed clinician (highly preferred – not required) Board Authorized Clinical Supervisor (preferred - not required) Bilingual (preferred) Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform Experience with electronic health records (EHR) Strong organizational skills and communication skills Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models
