REQUIREMENTS FOR A CHILDREN’S ADVENTURE CARE WORKER:

  • Experience in a children’s residential care home (highly desirable)
  • A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
  • Experience within care, education, mental health support and/or youth activities (essential)
  • A Full driving licence issued in the UK (essential)
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions (essential)
  • Values in line with Esland’s, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare (essential)
  • A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities (essential)
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above (essential)

KEY DUTIES OF A CHILDREN’S ADVENTURE CARE WORKER:
