Description Bachelor’s or Master’s Level Towanda, PA | Home, School & Community-Based Commitment Bonuses Available | Competitive Hourly Pay Northern Tier Counseling (NTC) is hiring Bachelor’s- and Master’s-level clinicians to provide behavioral health services to children, youth, and families through our Family Based Mental Health and Community/School-Based (Mobile Therapy) programs. What You’ll Do Provide therapeutic and supportive services in home, school, and community settings Participate in assessment, treatment planning, service delivery, and discharge planning Deliver individual, family, and/or group interventions (role-dependent) Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams Support crisis intervention and on-call coverage, as scheduled Maintain accurate documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) Attend supervision, trainings, and team meetings Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s-Level: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Education, Nursing (RN), or related field Experience with children and families preferred Willingness to work under clinical supervision Master’s-Level: Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing, Education, or related field License-eligible or licensed preferred Experience providing mental health services to children/adolescents preferred Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license & ability to travel PA criminal background and child abuse clearances Pay & Benefits Hourly pay based on education and experience Commitment bonuses available Medical, dental, vision insurance Company-paid life & disability insurance 403(b) with employer match PTO, paid holidays & mileage reimbursement Tuition assistance & PA BHHEP loan forgiveness opportunities Flexible schedules & supportive team environment E.O.E.
