TRAINING PROVIDED

Location: Chipping Norton - Oxfordshire
Type: Full time minimum of 2 shifts per week
Salary: £18 per hour Mon- Fri and £20 per hour Sat & sun
Working pattern: Midweek and weekend night shifts available
Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you must hold full right to work in the UK, have previous paediatric care experience and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

You will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care of our young male client with complex care needs. You will be working in stable package with consistent, familiar and reliable people who are kind, caring and nurturing. You will be supporting a very happy, content and kind boy who lives with his family and pets. He has a big smile and is very aware of what’s going on and of people and places, he likes music, books and playing.

It is essential that you have previous experience caring for young children and this should be something you thoroughly enjoy doing. You will be carrying out the following responsibilities:

  • Moving and Handling
  • Supporting respiratory needs, such Bipap via Nippy or Airvo
  • Enteral feeding (e.g., PEG)
  • Assisting with communication

You’ll be part of a consistent and supportive care team based in a family home in this stable, long-term role.
