TRAINING & SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Abrakadoodle is a leading art education franchise for children. Our Franchise Support & Training Associate provides our franchise owners with business support and training from our Corporate Office in Sterling, VA, through direct contact via in-office meetings, telephone & Video Conferencing communications. This Associate establishes strong business relationships with our owners, develops a solid understanding of their market and helps the franchise owners to build their businesses within their franchise territories.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE STRONG:

• Training Skills: Implement training programs using companies Learning Management system; conduct trainings On-Line and In-Person
• Communication & Presentation Skills: written, phone and Video Conferencing presentations
• Technology Skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Marketing Skills: Email Marketing, Social Media, Webinar Coordination
• Project Management Skills
• Experience in the education industry, training, franchising and/or support services is a plus
  This is a full-time and entry level position suited for an energetic, highly motivated person who would enjoy helping in the growth and development of a children’s art education franchise company.
  Compensation is set at a competitive hourly rate and dependent on experience.
