We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate leader to manage a brand-new, solo children’s home in Manchester.

As the Registered Manager, you’ll be instrumental in shaping this young person’s life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the home’s setup and ensuring a smooth OFSTED registration.
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans that cater to the young person’s specific needs.
• Recruiting and leading a specialist team dedicated to their support and wellbeing.
• Upholding safety and therapeutic care standards while managing daily operations and budgets.
