Are you a passionate and experienced leader ready to create a positive, therapeutic environment for young people in Preston? We’re looking for a dedicated Children’s Home Manager to lead and inspire our team.
Your Role
As our Children’s Home Manager, you’ll be key in making sure our home offers strong therapeutic care. You’ll lead by example, guiding your team to provide excellent, person-centred support that truly meets each young person’s needs.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Lead Therapeutic Care: Create and put into action care plans designed for each young person.
  • Build Your Team: Lead, guide, and train staff in Preston to work well together.
  • Manage Resources: Handle the home’s budget and resources to support our therapeutic approach.
  • Ensure Quality: Keep accurate records and follow all OFSTED rules and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • Qualification: A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or similar).
  • Experience: Strong experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in a children’s home, especially with therapeutic care.
  • Driving: A valid UK Driving Licence is a must.
