Are you an experienced and compassionate leader ready to build a new home and make a lasting impact on young lives? We’re seeking a Registered Children’s Home Manager to join our growing organization and launch a brand-new, 4-bedded residential care home in Crewe. This home will specialize in supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviors.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a supportive and empowering environment from the ground up. You will be instrumental in leading the home’s operations and working closely with the Responsible Individual (RI) to ensure the highest standards of care are not just met, but exceeded.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a New Home: Lead the launch and day-to-day operations, creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for all young people.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, build, and mentor a skilled staff team to provide effective, person-centered support.
  • Quality & Compliance: Register with Ofsted and take full responsibility for ensuring the home consistently meets all regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Individualized Care: Oversee the development and implementation of tailored care plans, ensuring every young person receives the support they need to achieve positive outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in a children’s residential care setting.
  • Qualifications: A minimum of a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce or an equivalent qualification.
  • Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is essential.
