UP TO £90,000 PACKAGE

We are seeking an experienced leader for a Children’s Home Manager role, overseeing two new 2-bedded children’s homes in Stockport and Didsbury. This position involves acting as a dual Registered Manager, providing support to young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviors.
This opportunity involves establishing new therapeutic environments, developing skilled teams, and contributing directly to positive outcomes for young people across both sites.
Your Role

As the Children’s Home Manager, you will hold dual Registered Manager responsibility, guiding the launch and operation of these new therapeutic homes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the management and daily operations of both 2-bedded EBD homes.
  • Developing and implementing person-centered care plans for each young person.
  • Recruiting, leading, and guiding dedicated staff teams to ensure high-quality care.
  • Managing referrals, budgets, and operational resources efficiently.
  • Collaborating with families, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

What You’ll Bring

  • Essential Experience: Proven Registered Manager experience within a UK children’s residential setting.
  • Essential Qualification: A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
  • Essential Requirement: A valid UK Driving Licence.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: Up to £70,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Bonus Potential: Up to £20,000 in performance-based bonuses (up to £10,000 per home per year).
  • Total Package: Up to £90,000.
