COMPANY OVERVIEW
Fresh Start Independence Project was founded in 2012 and currently offers semi-independent supported accommodation to vulnerable 16 to 18-year-olds throughout the Greater Manchester area. We support children and young people from various backgrounds and are dedicated to supporting young people facing challenges as they transition to independence. Our mission is to empower youth through tailored guidance and intervention strategies, fostering resilience and self-esteem with an aim to support our young people in their individual journeys.
SUMMARY
We are seeking a knowledgable and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage a residential children’s home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and support for children and young people. The manager will be responsible for creating a nurturing and therapeutic environment that promotes positive outcomes, especially for children with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
This home will be Fresh Start Independence Project’s first Registered Children’s Home and we would like for the Registered Manger to play a key role in the initial service set up and assembling a highly skilled team of support workers to offer trauma-informed and child-centred care for our young residents.
