Requirements What We're Looking For You'll be a great fit if you have: A passion for working with children (hands-on experience required, like in education, childcare, or camps). A bright, energetic personality with strong communication skills. High attention to detail and a heart for service. The ability to work weekends. A high school diploma or GED.
