Children's program staff are accountable for, but not limited to: Planning, promoting and organizing children’s programs and helping to develop the children’s program at the Flathead Lake Lodge. Accountable for, but not limited to: - Embracing and representing the FLL Core Values in all situations; We are Fun We are Willing to do whatever is needed We have the Durability to consistently meet expectations We are Effective at driving results We are Genuine We’re here to serve others with Selfless leadership - Planning, promoting, and organizing children’s programs - Helping to develop the children’s program at the Flathead Lake Lodge - The execution of children’s program - Daily upkeep and care of all facilities and cleanliness of arts and crafts room - Inventory and ordering supplies - Safe transport of children to and from activities - Safety of all children during all activities - Portraying a friendly guest service atmosphere and approach through all aspects of your job - Execute a first-class level of arts and crafts - Filling in when needed for wait staff, event staffing etc. - Other duties when assigned - Must be capable of being on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, as well as lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs. - Reports to the Children’s Program Manager
