JOB SUMMARY

The Residential Care Worker plays a vital role in the day-to-day care and support of children and young people within our residential home. This position involves working closely with a team to provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of each child. The role requires a compassionate individual with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and organising activities.
• Participate in outings, educational trips, and recreational activities with the children.
• Be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the homes.
