Description

Responsibilities

To monitor the quality of care provided in all homes to ensure all regulatory standards are being met or exceeded.
To undertake regular audits of the quality of care in all homes.
To work with registered managers and responsible individuals to ensure all action plans are completed in a timely manner.
To develop effective systems and processes to measure the quality of care and outcomes achieved by young people in our homes.
To produce and present detailed reports to the Quality Assurance Board every quarter.
To undertake detailed investigations and provide comprehensive investigation reports as required.
To lead reflective practice sessions in each service ensuring lessons are learned from any incidents.
To be trained in an train others in Positive Behaviour Support Practice (PBS) and work with teams to develop effective and consistent PBS practice.
To work closely with members of the Multi Disciplinary team and department heads.
To attend Team and Operations meetings as and when required.
To coach and develop new managers to support them to lead effective teams.
To work closely with school staff and the education management team.
To develop audit tools to measure performance against all Ofsted and CIW Regulations
