Responsibilities
You will be part of a team with responsibility for promoting and ensuring the safety, care, wellbeing and development of our students to support their growth in confidence in both social and practical skills.
You will support and supervise our students to develop skills in domestic activities; cooking, cleaning, laundry, budgeting and shopping as well as engagement in leisure activities; accessing local communities, exploring local area, partaking in trips etc.
You will be required to complete and update all relevant paperwork and recording accurately
There may be a need to provide personal care, administer medication dependent on our student needs
Our students have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, which can involve complex diagnoses. Any applicants must be prepared to work with challenging behaviour
