JOB OVERVIEW

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals, particularly children, in their daily lives. Your primary focus will be to provide care and support tailored to each individual’s needs, ensuring their wellbeing and promoting independence. This position requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who can work effectively within a team while also being capable of working independently.

SKILLS

  • Experience with children is essential; previous childcare experience is highly desirable
  • A valid driving licence is preferred but not andatory for transportation duties
  • Strong understanding of childcare practices and principles
  • Ability to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and colleagues
  • Proficiency in IT for maintaining records and communicating with team members
