• Support the Registered Manager to deliver excellent standards of care and safeguarding
• Lead and supervise the staff team, ensuring effective deployment and daily oversight
• Act as a role model for staff and young people, promoting resilience, optimism and compassion
• Ensure the home remains compliant with legislation, policies and Ofsted requirements
• Contribute to care planning, risk management and the overall development of children and young people
• Step up in the absence of the Registered Manager to oversee the smooth running of the home
