This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that children and young people under the care of the Department for Child Protection receive consistent, high-quality support through well-planned staff scheduling. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and young people we want to hear from you!   Take your next step with HenderCare.About the Role As a Children’s Services Coordinator, you’ll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment similar to a call centre, where you’ll be responsible for proactively rostering our care team to meet the needs of various residential care service delivery requirements. Your coordination ensures that every shift is covered and every child receives the care they deserve.   Key responsibilities include: Rostering care staff to meet service needs Organising shift replacements promptly and efficiently Liaising with the Department for Child Protection on relevant matters Maintaining staff records and compliance requirements Coordinating after-hours/on-call handovers and documentation Our Ideal Candidate You’re an organised, energetic, and solutions-focused person who can juggle competing priorities while remaining calm under pressure.
