JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic growth. This role requires a commitment to educating students, developing lesson plans, and assessing student progress to ensure effective learning outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of educational best practices and curriculum development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with students and families.
  • Experience with Bible study.
  • Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in lesson planning and assessment.
  • Experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable.
