Children’s Care home Manager
Children’s care service, we require to recruit a Home Manager who will be put through registration for the Home. We are an established Children’s Home with currently a ‘Good’ Rating.

Children with complex social history, mental health problems and challenging behavioural needs.
Someone working towards a Level 5, or has Deputy experience, or already completed the Level 5 within a children’s setting.
Communicates with LA, and confident in dealing with OFSTED inspections in children’s
Duties:
To be responsible for the operation and management of the children’s home.
To provide the highest quality of care and support to children/ young people in accordance with company policies, procedures and protocols, and the standards set by the regulatory body.
To oversee effective safeguarding, care, and support for the children/ young people in your care; and leadership to the team of which you are in charge.
To be responsible for the management and day to day running of the home, including staffing, the weekly budget, the resources, and the fabric of the building services, children’s care plans with goals, also dealing with LA in other regions
