The client has epilepsy and experiences seizures, so experience in managing these conditions is desirable. This role requires patience, understanding and excellent communication skills to provide high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive family environment. Qualifications What you’ll need You don’t need complex care experience to apply for this role as this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference. You’ll receive full training and ongoing clinical support to develop in key areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care - and much more.
