Job Details Job Location: North Campus - Prosper, TX 75078 Position Type: Part-Time Job Category: Admin - Clerical Provides oversight of Midweek at Prestonwood Baptist Church – North Campus (“PBC-NC”). Responsibilities: Oversee Midweek weekly ministry Lead Midweek training for PBC-NC Recruit, coordinate, and communicate with Midweek parents and/or volunteers Oversee communication to volunteers Work closely with the Communications department on all Midweek communications Prepare Midweek tracker sheets and record participant information weekly Ensure volunteer screening processes are followed Assist in enhancing and growing Midweek Coordinate with Children’s staff regarding visitor information and parent involvement Work closely with Children’s staff on any ministry needs Other duties as assigned Qualifications Requirements: Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of PBC-NC Beginner skills with Microsoft Office products Strong communication, both written and oral Ability to handle multiple tasks in a face-paced environment Ability to learn and use church management system Able to perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body, such as walking, stooping, lifting, pushing/pulling a cart, and use of stairs, and to lift at least 30 lbs. without assistance
Responsibilities
The Children's Coordinator oversees the Midweek weekly ministry and leads training for volunteers. They also coordinate communication with parents and volunteers and work closely with the Children's staff on ministry needs.
